Collection: FAF - Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza
Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza, or FAF, is a farm that applies a sustainable production model. It is located in Mococa, state of São Paulo, but their work resounds in various regions of Brasil.
In addition to their delicious specialty coffees from organic and ecological production, including agroforestry, they are also researchers, exporters and responsible for developing more than 400 small and micro producers from different Brazilian terroirs . The projectsBob-o-Link and Lado A Lado are the best way to show their magnificent work.
In our last visit to Brasil, in December 2021, we had the opportunity to spend a whole day in the farm and see part of their job and cup some rich coffees! A real Masterclass!

Our coffee FAF Organic is produced at the farm and has a ECOCERT FR-BIO-01 Certificate.
